Research is conducted primarily at the Family History Library of Utah. This is the largest library in the world devoted to the study of Family History and Genealogy. These world-renowned facilities house a collection of approximately 3 million rolls of microfilm and nearly one million volumes of published material. These records are from every state in the U.S., and over 150 countries around the world. They include copies of original parish records, vital records, court, probate, land, military, and many other official government records, as well as many private and historical sources.
